Please join Dana Humphrey and I for a textured evening in taste, sound and ritual at the new Alchemia Studio in Brooklyn. Together we’ll be co-hosting an evening of inner exploration and heart awakening through our sacred senses.  We’ll begin with a rich, organic Cacao, made with love from a women’s collective in Guatemala. With hearts fed and nourished, we will transition into full supportive rest for a 90-minute sound bath where various vibrations will be brought forth to bring you closer to your own heart’s voice and inherent state of harmony.
