If you've ever wanted to learn how to play crystal singing bowls, here's your chance!
In this in-person, interactive workshop we will learn about the uses and benefits of alchemy crystal singing bowls and how to best bring them into your personal and professional healing and transformational work.

In the first part of class, we'll discuss the energetic properties of the bowls, how they're created and how they're toned. We'll listen to different bowls and bowl combinations to physically understand their power within our own bodies and minds. We will speak more specifically about how singing bowls work to store, transmit, and amplify different energies and desired intentions and how they can be used alone, together, or in conjunction with other healing modalities.

The rest of class will be devoted to practice playing the various bowls I have available- the different personal, as well as hand, positioning in bowl-playing. In addition, we will learn techniques of listening, centering and grounding ourselves to truly be able to receive, and offer, the energy of these powerful and potent beings. We'll talk about how you can begin to build your own team of alchemy crystal singing bowls and then we'll finish our day together with a luxurious crystalline sound bath.
