In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll experience, explore and discuss the various methods of using sound to access deeper states of relaxation, meditation, and healing.
Together we’ll practice listening and feeling within ourselves what sound does in the body and mind - and how we may further ‘tune’ ourselves to more ‘sound’ states of health, wellness and wholeness.
There will be no physical yoga practice or movement in class but ample time to rest, receive, contemplate and discuss.
This will be different than a traditional sound bath in that you will actively be listening and interpreting different sounds and how they interact with your body and mind and how that knowledge can create the foundation for a more healing sound practice.
This workshop will be offered both in-person in the Rockaways and online.
