Please join me at my home studio in the Rockaways for a deep (warm) plunge into the world of sound bathing. Lying on supportive and cushioned mats and bolsters, you will be immersed in the various sounds and vibrations of different instruments to help foster a deeper sense of ease, peace and relaxation within your body and mind.

Sessions last 60-75 minutes and cost $35. If you need financial assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
